"Before joining the Sisterhood, I was completely lost, stuck and hadn't a clue how to get out of my rut. I quit my job of 4 years in January. Working in a toxic environment for so long left me with very little to no confidence, not only in my professional abilities but also as a mother, wife, friend and woman.

Why I created this Sisterhood just for you...
Welcome babe, my name is Kat! As a women's life and career coach, I'm dedicated to empowering women like YOU to put yourself first and achieve your goals.
My intention is to create an inspiring, supportive space in which you can discover more about yourself, own your dreams and desires and get the tools and backing you need to make them a reality.
Since I started coaching women almost 4 years ago, I have seen first hand the powerful impact of bringing women together in groups like this. The connection, sisterhood, accountability and support feel potent. Something magical happens when you gather women together in a trusted circle.
I wondered, why is this not available to women on an ongoing basis, for an affordable membership just like their favourite gym or yoga class?
This idea birthed the Put Yourself First Sisterhood in June 2020. Since then, it's changed women's lives and been the support they need to go after their dream life. I can't wait for it to do the same for you!
